I fell asleep 3 times during Star Trek. My boyfriend didn’t even notice. That tells you a lot about HIM.

I’m definitely not a trekkie, but I enjoyed this movie. I had watched some episodes from the various star trek series. I think this helped me enjoy the movie as it introduced some characters that I was somewhat familiar with. To loyal star trek fans, they must’ve loved being able to reconnect with these old heroes.

It appears that it is leading the charts! Right now its about $79 million, for the recent weekend, so It seems that yup it is a big hit! Will be interesting to see if a surge in Star Trek fans happens to hit the world

I am not much of a star trek fan, however, this one was definitely worth my while. True enough, the casting was well-thought of, having the right actors playing the right roles thereby giving justice to the original. I also agree that this is one of the best sci-fi flicks I’ve seen so far. The creativity added to the depth of the story leaving you with a feeling of satisfaction after watching.

I saw this movie and it was the best star trek movie I’ve come across in years. This has both action and a great script. This movie also has great characters.

I’ve only seen this movie the once, but I think I shall be watching it many more times once it comes out on DVD. I loved the new look of the Enterprise. It looked kind of like a hotrod!
